Lexco Cable

Lexco Cable fabricates custom, MTO (make to order) wire rope assemblies and distributes wire rope products. We start with a commodity raw material (stranded wire) and transform it into something new. The input is typically a reel of steel or stainless cable, and the output is a finished assembly that’s been cut, terminated, inspected and labeled. We specialize in a high mixture of low to mid volume. At any one given time we’re usually working on over twenty different assembly part numbers concurrently. The assembly bill of materials can range from simple such as one to three components to upwards of twenty five different components. Some of our capabilities include cutting, crimping, swaging, extruding, coiling, zinc die-casting fittings, CNC machining fittings and proof-loading. We have expanded over the years into cordage assemblies and push-pull controls.
