To add a company logo and/or description, a web link , phone number etc., to your company’s Online Member Directory listing, you can contact Customer Service directly at 815-399-8775 and they can assist you.

As the Group Manager for your company’s membership, to sign others within your company up for a training course, etc., choose the course, then click on the Buy For Group button, and choose the individual(s) from your employee roster that you would like to register.

This is most likely because you are logged in as an Individual and the membership is owned by the company. You will not physically see the membership from your account page; however, the system will automatically recognize your company’s membership for access to membership benefits & discounts.

As an Individual Member, you can renew from your Account page; however, only Group Managers can renew the company’s membership online, by accessing the company’s profile. To do this, you will need to click on the My Groups tab on your account page, then click on the red DETAILS button to access the company’s membership page.

As the Group Manager, you can add them to your company’s employee roster, or they if they are looking to register for an event or make a purchase, once the item is added to their cart, they can create a login if needed.
