Conference Includes Tour of a Waste-to-energy Project

Category:The International Biomass Conference and Expo, March 24 in Orlando, Fla. will offer four program tracks: pellets and densified biomass, biomass power and thermal, biogas and landfill gas, and advanced biofuels and biobased chemicals. The Expo will feature products by equipment manufacturers and suppliers and technology service providers. Economic development, finance, and lending professionals will be on hand to answer questions.
Attendees can tour Harvest Power Orlando, a waste-to-energy project that uses anaerobic digestion technology, and Viesel Fuel LLC, a biodiesel facility that uses enzymes and resins to access lower-quality feedstocks in the production of ASTM D6751-certified biodiesel.
