Principal Solar Names New Member to Board of Directors

Principal Solar Inc., Dallas, has announced the appointment of Brenda Jackson to its Board of Directors. Jackson is the former chief customer officer and senior vice president of Oncor, a Texas electric transmission and distribution service provider.

“Brenda brings considerable talent for cultivating and sustaining relationships, and she will play a key role in expanding our affiliations with the traditional energy community,” says Michael Gorton, CEO and chairman of PSI.

During her 40-year tenure at Oncor, Jackson was involved in customer operations, customer service, and community relations. As senior vice president, she oversaw a team of more than 100 employees and, indirectly, the dedicated customer care and revenue management employees of a major contractor.
